JULY / AUGUST OPEN GIPPSTAR WINNERS

The July & August Open Gippstar Award Winners are Franco Fava & Tommy Campbell of Traralgon for their achievements in the sport of Bocce.

Franco paired with his grandson Tommy Campbell to win the Australian Doubles National Bocce Title. The pair triumphed over the Redland Queensland combination before taking on a formidable Western Australian team consisting of Milan Martutinovic and Cortien Juliene in the final. The scores seesawed throughout the contest which ultimately resulted in a 7-5 victory to Franco and Tommy.
